Ordinary email is not end-to-end encrypted — please do not send reports or symptoms that way. HIN encryption applies within the HIN community: without your own HIN access, an email you start and send to a HIN address is not automatically end-to-end encrypted. In that case please call us; we can send you a confidential HIN message that you can answer through the secure access provided.

Available appointments are shown in online booking. You can also book by phone. An appointment is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from the practice or booking portal.
Please call us first. If you do not have your own HIN access, the practice can initiate secure HIN communication. The subsequent message and your reply through the secure access provided are protected for this transmission route.
